Job Description
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with seniors, and guiding clients through their Medicare, Medicaid, Life Insurance, and Health Insurance options. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual who enjoys independence, networking, and helping people secure their futures.
Key Responsibilites
- Generate and Manage Leads – Utilize referrals, networking, community events, and marketing resources to identify potential clients.
- Conduct In-Person and Virtual Sales Meetings – Educate clients on their insurance options and help them select the best coverage for their needs.
- Educate and Advocate – Clearly explain policy details, answer questions, and ensure clients understand their benefits.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships – Provide ongoing support, cross-sell additional products, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Meet and Exceed Sales Goals – Work toward monthly and annual sales targets with a focus on client service.
- Stay Industry-Savvy – Keep up-to-date with Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance regulations to provide accurate and ethical guidance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Insurance License Required – Must have or be willing to obtain relevant insurance licenses (Medicare, Health, and Life Insurance).
- Sales Experience Preferred – Experience in outside sales, insurance, or financial services is a plus but not required.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to simplify complex insurance terms for clients.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Reliable Transportation – Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with CRM software, email communication, and virtual meeting tools.
