David Wilson is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Elite Insurance Group (EIG). He started the company in 2007 as an agent in the field and continued writing business through approximately 2013—building EIG while serving clients face-to-face. That hands-on chapter shaped the ethos that still defines the company: built by agents, for agents.
Under David’s leadership, EIG has grown into a nationally recognized FMO specializing in Medicare. The growth playbook is straightforward and disciplined: transparent compensation and contracting, practical training tied to real-world selling, compliant marketing enablement that actually moves the needle, and systems that remove friction from onboarding through renewal. David’s focus is long-term relationships—aligning EIG with agents and agency partners so everyone grows together and clients are better served.
He partners closely with EIG’s executive team to ensure strategy becomes repeatable execution and that the culture stays field-first. As the business scales, David keeps the mission clear: empower professionals, protect clients, and grow responsibly.

Hunter Davis is the Chief Operating Officer of Elite Insurance Group, having begun his career with the company in 2011 as a street-level field agent alongside founder David Wilson. After five years serving clients in the field, he moved into agency operations and marketing in 2016, where he built the processes and training that enabled responsible scale. Promoted to COO in 2017, Hunter leads with transparency—clear processes, clear compensation, and compliance you can trust—so agents and agency partners always know where they stand.
In 2020, Hunter partnered with David to create EIG’s career agent model, designed to accelerate producer growth while keeping business operations controlled and compliant. That model, combined with practical automation, repeatable onboarding, and aligned marketing enablement, has helped agents grow sustainable books and strengthened EIG’s partner ecosystem. Day to day, Hunter turns strategy into execution: simplifying contracting, sharpening QA and compliance, and aligning marketing investments to measurable outcomes.
Hunter’s priorities are simple and consistent: be transparent, grow agents and agencies, and protect relationships. His field background keeps EIG grounded in real client needs; his operational rigor keeps EIG moving—scaling the business the right way and delivering on promises to partners and the seniors they serve.
